My Happy Mall will sent free newsletter once every two week (Bi-weekly) to all subscriber through email.
The content of free newsletter will be new shops opening in My Happy Mall during that two weeks and promotions of the month. For those who wish to receive our free Newsletter, please follow instruction below:
1. Write an email with subject "Subscribe Free Newsletter" and sent to newsletter@myhappymall.com
2. You may also inform us your contact number and address in the same email for record keeping. (Optional)
3. You can terminate this free newsletter anytime by sending us an email with subject "Unsubscribe Free Newsletter".
How to to open a shop in My Happy Mall?
please sent us your details by email to sales@myhappymall.com. Details shall include your contact number and describe your business nature and the product you wish to promote.
You can just sent us your product catalog through email and made payment by bank in to our bank account or online payment, then we will design a webpage for you to attract more customer to your shop space.
How to track the delivery status of my parcel?
We ship our goods by Poslaju National Courier.

If you feel cheated by any of the shops in My Happy Mall (for example you did not receive goods after payment has been made) please write us an email showing your payment slip, the shop's name, contact,... all detail that you can provide then sent to sales@myhappymall.com
We will investigate your case and if we found the shop is cheating, we will remove the shop from My Happy Mall immediately to ensure that no one will be cheated in My Happy Mall.
